We explicitly affirm that Google Workspace APIs are not used by our product for the purpose of developing, improving, or training generalized artificial intelligence (AI) and/or machine learning (ML) models. Our use of these APIs is confined strictly to the functionalities as described in our service documentation and does not involve any form of data extraction or analysis for the creation or enhancement of AI/ML capabilities beyond the specified service operations.

When using the OpenAI API, certain data including but not limited to user inputs and operational data may be transmitted to OpenAI for processing. Please be aware that once data is transmitted to OpenAI, its processing, storage, and handling are governed by OpenAI’s privacy policies and operational frameworks. We do not retain control over the data nor do we have influence on how OpenAI uses this data to provide services back to us or to other entities. We encourage our users to review OpenAI's privacy policies to understand their data practices. Our role is limited to securely transmitting data to OpenAI and implementing the outputs received from their services in accordance with our product’s functionalities.

Information from Third Parties

To the extent permitted by law, we may also collect information from third parties, including public sources, social media platforms, and marketing and market research firms. Depending on the source, this information collected from third parties could include name, contact information, demographic information, information about an individual’s employer, information to verify identity or trustworthiness, and information for other fraud or safety protection purposes.
